Featuring an Egoscue Certified Postural Alignment Specialist.  This therapy consists of postural evaluation of the whole body, functional testing, and gait analysis. Then a "menu" of gentle stretches and exercises are given specific to the individuals posture to align the load bearing joints and improve function of the musculoskeletal system.  Beneficial for chronic pain, improving athletic performance, prevention of injuries/joint degeneration.

Open in Conifer on Tuesdays/Wednesdays and Centennial on Mondays/Thursdays.  *If you ever need an earlier/later time or want to do a longer massage than what is available please contact me as I can often move things around to accommodate you.  For 2 hour massages you will need to book with me directly.  I occasionally work on Fridays/weekends in Conifer and Saturdays in Centennial.  If you are interested in those days please let me know.

You will have to set up a portal account to book online.  You can do that by clicking on "Sign In".  Once you select a service, even though the title has the location in it, you'll have to select the location on the second screen to see dates and times.  

You'll get a confirmation email when appts are booked or changed.  You can cancel online up to 24 hours before your appt.  After that you will have to contact me directly due to the cancellation policy since you may be charged for the appt if I can't rebook it.  You will get a courtesy reminder the day before but it is your responsibility to know when your appts are.  The automated reminders will be a text message and email but if you only want one of those or prefer a phone call please let me know.
